• other information relevant to customer surveys and offers

• medical history (clinic only)

we require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and for:

• improvement of our products and services

• we may send you promotional emails about special offers, products or other information about our services. you can opt out of this at any time by emailing reception@invicta-aesthetics.co.uk

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data protection Act 1998. We will ask you for verification of your identity. In some circumstances there will be an administration fee of £25 to provide this data. We will take no longer than one calendar month to provide this.
