A £40 deposit will be taken when booking any treatment, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Deposits for consultations will be refunded if no treatment is required or if a treatment is not possible due to medical grounds.

 If you cancel or rearrange your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded.

 

We ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange your appointment.

 

If an appointment is rearranged outside of the 48 hour cancellation window, we will transfer your £40 deposit to your new appointment date.​​​
