One-time Setup:
Customers only need to enter their bank details once to authorize GoCardless to collect payments, and they can then pay on an ongoing basis.

Secure Payment Process:
GoCardless uses a secure online payment page where customers can authorize payments, ensuring the safety of their financial information.

Advance Payment Notifications:
GoCardless notifies customers in advance of payments being taken, preventing surprises and ensuring you are aware of upcoming debits.

Direct Debit Guarantee:
All Direct Debit payments are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee, meaning customers have the right to cancel a payment or get a full refund if there is an error.

GoCardless is designed to be easy for customers to use, with a simple online process for authorizing payments.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit will be taken when booking any treatment, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Deposits for consultations are non-refundable but may be taken off the cost of your treatment.
If you cancel or rearrange your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded.
We ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange your appointment.
If an appointment is rearranged outside of the 48 hour cancellation window, we will transfer your £40 deposit to your new appointment date.
