Firstly, a little about my Medical and Aesthetic background:
I'm the first 'medic' in my family having come from a family of soldiers and police officers. I've always been fascinated by the workings of the body and anatomy since a young child.
I went to medical school at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel and qualified as doctor in 1995. I then went on to train as a General Practitioner where I could combine, both my enthusiasm for medicine, with the more holistic approach and family-centred approach of being a family doctor. Adding to my skills, I became a specialist in Multiple Sclerosis and also in the management of Drug and Alcohol issues.
It was during my first Partnership that I developed an interest in aesthetic medicine - over 17 years ago. I set up a 'New You' private clinic in the surgery and started with some basic injectable treatments...
Fast forward to 2026, and I still love working 2 days a week in the NHS alongside being the Medical Director of Invicta aesthetics. The clinic is proud to be Save Face accredited .
It gives me so much pleasure to use my practical skills and 'aesthetic eye' to bring delight and increased self-confidence to my clients.

Student Paramedic and Advanced Aesthetic Injector
A 19-year-old student paramedic with a passion for both emergency medicine and aesthetics, she entered the industry in 2025 and has since completed advanced injector training.
She combines strong clinical foundations with a keen eye for natural, confidence-boosting results.
When she’s not in clinic or studying, you’ll likely find her out on her motorbike, making the most of summer evenings with her biker girl friends.
Donna Kennedy
Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Donna is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber, with an impressive 14 years of experience across emergency care and primary care, alongside her experience and passion for medical aesthetics.
Her clinical background has given her a strong focus on patient safety, thorough assessment and individualised care, which she brings into every aesthetic treatment she provides.
Donna is particularly passionate about enhancing natural features and creating subtle, tailored results that help her clients feel confident in themselves. She also really enjoys getting to know her patients and making sure they feel comfortable, listened to and cared for throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of work, Donna is a big fan of the gym and enjoys keeping active, cooking and trying new recipes, spending time with her family, travelling and, in her words, being a huge Disney fan!
Sally Fox
Registered Nurse and Advanced Aesthetic Nurse and Skin Specialist
With a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for skin health, Sally combines medical expertise with aesthetic artistry to achieve safe, effective, and confidence-boosting outcomes for her patients.
Working within medical aesthetics, Sally specialises in advanced injectable treatments and skin rejuvenation, taking a bespoke approach to every patient journey. Her focus is always on enhancing natural features, improving skin quality, and creating results that are subtle, balanced, and long-lasting.
Alongside her clinical work, Sally is the founder of her own marketing brand, supporting aesthetic clinics in building strong, recognisable identities and growing successful businesses within the industry. This unique combination of clinical and commercial insight allows her to bring a well-rounded, elevated approach to both patient care and brand development.
Sally is passionate about ongoing education and professional development, continually advancing her skills to remain at the forefront of the aesthetics industry. Her long-term vision is to become an independent nurse prescriber, further expanding her scope of practice and continuing to train and mentor other medical professionals.
