Our Charity Partnership with Naisula Women Organisation
At Invicta Aesthetics, we believe that supporting and empowering women extends far beyond the treatments we provide in clinic.
That is why we are proud to support Naisula Women Organisation (NWO) — a women-led non-governmental organisation working to improve the lives of women, girls, children and pastoralist communities in Tanzania.
For every patient treatment carried out at Invicta Aesthetics, we will make a donation to Naisula Women Organization.
It is a partnership that closely reflects our own ethos: to support, empower and improve the lives of women.
A Personal Connection
Our decision to support Naisula Women Organization is also personal.
Dr Tracey, founder of Invicta Aesthetics, first learned about the organisation while travelling in Tanzania, where she met one of its volunteers.
I met one of the volunteers when on holiday in Tanzania. Kitamwas was a truly inspiring Maasai who works with vulnerable groups to educate and stop the inhumane practice of FGM.

Why Naisula Women's Organisation?
Naisula Women Organisation was established in 2019 and fully registered in 2022. Based in Ngorongoro District, Arusha Region, Tanzania, the organisation works within communities where access to healthcare, education and economic opportunities can be limited.
Their work focuses on empowering women and girls while strengthening the health, resilience and sustainability of pastoralist communities.
